New Zealand heavyweight boxing sensation Joseph Parker has declared himself injury free following his grueling 12 round fight with Carlos Takam over the weekend, and will step back into the ring on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at Horncastle Arena in Christchurch.

The International Boxing Federation (IBF) Heavyweight Title Eliminator bout between Kiwi sensation Joseph Parker and dangerous Cameroon-born French fighter Carlos Takam will take place on Saturday, May 21, 2016, in Auckland, New Zealand.

Celebrity Chef and TV personality Nigella Lawson has been confirmed to visit New Zealand for two exclusive banquet dinners on Monday 25 January at The Langham, Auckland and Tuesday 26 January at ILT Stadium Southland, Invercargill.
