Dinner with Gordon Ramsay

Gordon Ramsay crafted a special menu for this lavish evening which featured premium New Zealand wines matched to each course.

Ramsay OBE, chef, restaurateur, broadcaster, author and holder of 11 Michelin stars is as well known for his exceptional culinary skills, as he is for his fire in the kitchen.

Not only did Ramsay design the menu from scratch, but he regaled and mesmerised guests with tales of his extraordinary life and career and how he made it to the top of the game.

Following his key note speech, the audience had the opportunity to put their questions to the firey chef in a an interactive Q & A session.

The Rising Foundation

A group of former South Auckland kids and those with ties to the community has set up The Rising Foundation to assist at-risk-youth to develop to their full potential. It’s about unlocking the potential of those kids in New Zealand who are on the verge of being lost to their families, schools and community. The Foundation does this through developing pathways, involving parents, schools and other agencies using outdoor education programmes, one to one mentoring and group therapy.
