Swisse on board for T20 Black Clash

Duco Events is delighted to confirm leading global wellness brand Swisse as an associate sponsor of the T20 Christchurch Black Clash.

“We’re thrilled yet another premium brand has thrown its support behind what will be a truly iconic event at Hagley Oval on January 25,” Duco Events director David Higgins said.

The official name of the event is now The Hot Spring Spas T20 Christchurch Black Clash in association with Swisse.

“I’m personally a huge fan of Swisse’s range of wellness products,” Mr Higgins said. “This event is all about getting out there and having a go – particularly for the rugby stars who will be up against some incredible cricketers – so it’s naturally a great fit for a company like Swisse, which promotes an active, healthy lifestyle.”

Swisse Wellness is a leading global wellness brand that is passionate about health, happiness and wellbeing. The Swisse product range stretches from premium quality men’s and women’s multivitamins and dietary supplements, to sports nutrition and skincare, based on traditional evidence and scientific research.

“We are delighted to join as Associate Partner of the Hot Spring Spas T20 Christchurch Black Clash and to support such an exciting and unique sporting event,” Swisse New Zealand General Manager Ben Whitley said.

“And, of course, to spur on Swisse Ambassador and rugby legend, Kieran Read, as he leads Team Rugby to victory. Not that we are biased of course!”

Swisse is experiencing rapid growth in the New Zealand market and is committed to investing in local activity that will really allow it to inspire Kiwis to lead healthier and happier lives through its advocacy for Mindfulness, Movement and Nutrition, Mr Whitely said.

“We see this partnership as really the start of several exciting plans we have in place for the brand in New Zealand - we are set for a very big year.”

The Hot Spring Spas T20 Christchurch Black Clash in association with Swisse takes place at Hagley Oval, Christchurch on January 25. The match starts at 4.00pm and will be televised live and free-to-air by TVNZ.
